Imperial Synchronised Downstroking Brake Press
On-site at Dunstan Farmers Engineering we have a 500 tonne Brake Press that allows us to help you with all your pressing work. We offer competitive rates, skilled tradesmen, prompt service and delivery and can save you money by reducing the time it takes to press up your jobs.

Features
• Computer controlled (CNC) machine operation
• Two axis electronically balanced pressing beam
• Precise pressing beam repeatability (± 0.01mm) that translates to accurate single or repetitive bends
• Pressing beam can be electronically tapered to suit the applications
• Programming jobs can be stored in the computer memory, reducing set-up time for repeat work, whether it is in one week or six months. This is advantageous to our customers who require staged deliveries of the same product every few weeks or months.
Capabilities
• We are capable of pressing 0.5mm to 8mm thick mild steel sheet over the 8-metre length with the correct width dies.
• Thicker material can be pressed over shorter lengths. i.e. 12mm thick mild steel x 6 metres long using a 130mm wide vee die.
• The 500 tonne Brake Press is ideal for either jobbing or production style pressing work due to the simple and efficient programming capability of the numerical controller.
